Led by developer and technology expert Ed Gorman, his vision is to leverage technology and create buildings that improve the lives of the people that live in the homes that MODUS builds.  In doing so, they find ways to make sustainable homes more cost effective so that people of all income brackets can afford to live in one.

2009

1ST LEED FOR HOMES PROJECT IN ARIZONA

MODUS built and sold the first LEED-H certified project in Arizona and first LEED-H multifamily project in the US

2013

FIRST CALIFORINIA PROJECT

MODUS expanded its footprint in the Southern California market building the much-acclaimed Parc Riviera project in San Diego
